Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and WebinarFuse LLC ("we", "us"), a New Jersey limited liability company, covering your use of Scriptesia — the website at scriptesia.com, the application at scriptesia.app, and the Scriptesia iOS app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Your content, and what you make with it

You keep ownership of what you put in — your briefs, photos, links, and voice samples — and of the scripts, captions, and videos you produce. You may use them commercially.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service: to process your inputs through our providers in order to generate your output, and to store your content so your account works.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including photos of people or property.

AI output must be checked before you publish it. Scriptesia generates text with AI, which can be confidently wrong. It may state facts, figures, dates, or claims that are inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every script before you publish it.

Regulated industries

Scriptesia is used by people in fields with advertising rules — including mortgage lending, real estate, insurance, health, and finance. We do not review your content for compliance and Scriptesia does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. If your industry requires disclosures, licensing identifiers, approvals, or record-keeping, meeting those obligations is entirely your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Scriptesia to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep Scriptesia running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued. Parts of the service depend on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, effective, or fit for your purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebinarFuse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebinarFuse LLC from claims arising out of content you create or publish using Scriptesia, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, where appropriate, sent by email. Continuing to use Scriptesia after a change means you accept it.
